After Your Botox/Dysport Treatment
1. Stay upright for 4 hours

3. Avoid makeup for 4–6 hours
This reduces irritation and the risk of infection.
4. Skip exercise and heat for 24 hours

5. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
This reduces the chance of bruising.
6. Tiny bumps or redness are normal
These usually resolve within minutes to an hour.
